From time to time pension recipients may wish to make changes to their personal information. In order to ensure that they are made correctly and with the proper authority, it is the policy of the CSSB to accept only written change requests. To assist our staff, please include your CSSB Pension PIN or Social Insurance Number in any correspondence.

Charitable Donation Process Made Easier

Pension recipients who currently donate through the All Charities Campaign will be sent a pledge card that allows us to deduct the applicable pledge from the recipient's pension payment. For those who don't currently donate to the All Charities Campaign and would like to, the pledge card can be printed by clicking here .

Pension Payment Dates

Pension recipients who have signed up for our direct deposit service will have their pension payments deposited automatically to their designated accounts on the following days. (Please note the change in the timing of the December payment)

If you have not requested payment by direct deposit, your payment will be mailed one work day prior to the above dates.
