Reciprocal Transfer Agreement

A Reciprocal Transfer Agreement (RTA) provides portability of accrued pension benefits and service between the CSSB and eligible employers. Transfers may take up to six months to process. For further information, please contact our office at 204-946-3200 or use our online form.

We have entered into a Multilateral RTA for Public Service Defined Benefit Pension Plans. The other parties to the agreement are
