HR and Governance Committee


The HR/ Governance Committee (Committee) shall be comprised of at least three (3) members of the Board consisting of at least one elected representative and one appointed member. The Committee will elect/appoint a Chairperson from among its members. Meetings shall be held at least twice per year or more frequently as circumstances dictate. Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chair or upon the request of a member of the Committee.


The Purpose of the Committee is to:

  • Establish the operating framework necessary for the Board to maintain a competent, independent Board of Trustees that demonstrate a culture of integrity,

  • Oversee General Manager (GM) Performance & Senior Management Compensation, and

  • Provide Human Resources Direction and Support.
