Keeping in Touch with CSSB

Our office is closed, but we’re still here for you.

CSSB Online Services continue to provide a convenient way for members to obtain information about their pension and insurance benefits. The Online Services Document Centre offers an easy and secure way to send and receive documents, and is particularly useful when exchanging private information. Retiring members can complete their retirement forms through the Online Retirement Form process.

If you haven’t already registered for your Online Services Account, please consider doing so. You can access Online Services here.
