Client Services Representatives are available to answer your questions and to assist you in understanding and applying for your pension benefits.
Many members find it useful to arrange to meet a Client Services Representative, particularly when they are preparing to retire. However, there is no requirement to do so, and many of our members apply for their pension benefits without a personal meeting. We try to make sure that our letters explaining entitlements and options are clear and complete and provide the information required for decision making.
Members can also get information from our website, from the pension and insurance plan booklets, or by attending a pre-retirement seminar.
